low 60s today, and the boys at the job giving me crap about wearing shorts and a long sleeve t shirt with a dorky vest. About 50 right now but may get a bit colder. My heaters upstairs are running for the second time this year.

This morning, around 2:30 our outdoor themometer read 10 above. TV weatherman says supposed to be colder tonight. Now, midnight, it reads 12 above. Arctic air mass has moved into Oregon.

Global warming, you know.

This trip today brings me back to the understanding of "bitterly" cold. It was -24 when I arrived.
My mom's side of the family are from Moosejaw and estavan(sp?). now they live in Calgary. They tell me that it just doesn't get that cold there anymore or at least not as cold as they were kids. It was always in the -30s.

After reading this, I will not complain about the traffic here. Taking my boys out to the park and ride the train after lunch tomorrow.

I saw a low of 37 on Tuesday morning, coldest I've seen it in a long, long time. Don't know how people could live in that kind of weather.

I am of the opinion that once you descend into single digits on the Fahrenheit scale, anything below that is irrelevant and it is sufficient to say it is freakin' cold!

I once got caught out in the Adirondack wilderness at -40F...it was not fun.

Hey Evan,

Sorry man, sounds kinda cold. I'm heading to the beach in a few minutes with my tall mild. Waiting till next week to head back up north. The temps are supposed to be back up in the 30s next Wed. Stay warm!

12 degrees and 35 mph wind, we were lucky the power didn't go off, while not bitter cold it's still damned uncomfortable and it only mid December, brrrrrrrrr!

Fixed it for you.

It's not as cold today. The low yesterday was a super cold 37. Today it is only 45. Maybe we'll consider going outside today.
