Walgreens online photo printing?
Anyone doing this? We have a Walgreens around the corner but who doesn't?
From what I understand you can upload your photos to your Walgreen account then they print them for pickup. The price is so cheap I just don't see trying to even do it at home anymore which I am really never happy with.

My mom did it one year with xmas cards and it was great... My exgf's mom and sister did it all the time with pictures and had no problems.

My wife uses it exclusively. We even used it to print wedding pictures once we got the digital negatives from our fotog. She even made nice little albums for our family members. Way cheaper than buying from the fotog.

Wow you actually print your photos? That is rare anymore. I worked in that industry for 25 years until it pretty much went away.
You are right, having a service like Walgreen's or Wal Mart is way cheaper and makes a better product than your average home inkjet printer. Back in the 1990s we charged 60 cents per print for a 4x6 if every frame of film was printed, and it took 2 days. We had a tough time keeping up with the large volume. Digital changed everything.

We use the same service at Costco. Very inexpensive and I can have prints ready at multiple Costco stores for grandparents and us.

I LOVE it. E-mail them the pics in the morning, and then I just pick it up on the way home from work. Doesn't get any easier then that.

I use Costco, it's 13 cents per 4x6 and they ship it directly to your house. It's great!

My wife also uses Walgreen's. In fact, we took our Christmas card photo Friday at 11:00am and picked up the finished cards at 1:30pm the same day. Now thats what I call service and convenience!

Just today took a batch of Christmas gift-prints to my Walgreen's and just finished another edit of more to go!
They're great. $2.99 a throw for 8x10's... Worth every cent not to have to print them at home of the office.
