I cooked White Chili... got it all loaded up in the bigazz oversize crock pot Saturday and let it marinate overnight in the fridge, then put it on low at 10 A.M. It was calling our name all afternoon, but 6:00 was the ETA.

Ingredients (amounts can be given if anyone's interested): Great Northern Beans, shredded chicken, chicken broth, chopped jalapenos, cumin, crushed garlic, chopped yellow and red peppers, sea salt, oregano, a chopped onion.

Ladle it in a bowl, sprinkle some grated mozzarella over it, and sip an ale with it.

Just typing that made my eyes water all over again.
