I have hard-working guys that work for me with an MS in engineering that don't make $40 an hour. Seems a bit excessive for someone with a much smaller investment in their career.

College of hard knocks...besides when did years in school equate to making money? I have four degrees (BA/BS/MPA/JD)...Bill Gates has none. Guess who makes more money?
