Insurance fraud FAIL:

God, this is funny. Is there some sort of award, (similar to a Darwin but they don't die), for dumbest criminal? I guess they do lose your reproductive rights for the time they're incarcerated, so maybe it's a modified Darwin.

YouTube video triggers insurance fraud charges for Diamond Bar siblings | L.A. NOW | Los Angeles Times

The video follows. Man, this guy could not drive. Parents bought him the car? They must want him out of the picture.

This video has been around for a while.

Been watching too many cartoons and movies about folks in Japan drifting. Driving like an ass at night on a street that you aren't 100% familiar with is just asking for big trouble even if you're in a car with all of the electric nannies driving for you.

Yeah, I didn't think of that... shouldn't all of the electric nannies prevented this? You know, automatic guardrail avoidance control, (AGAC), insurance fraud avoidance control, (IFAC), steering wheel over-correction control, (SWOCC), etc.?

I thought those new "super cars" had everything.

I'm not sure what sucks more - that guy's driving or the quality of that video.

Jeezus there's a lot of unwatchable garbage on YouTube these days.

So some douchebag crashed his overpriced Nissan. Meh. Serves him right driving like that. Idiot can afford a $100k car (don't those Nissans go for about that?) but can't afford a day pass at the track. Jerkoff. Too bad Darwin was too slow to get to him.

You know what, sometimes the "truth" is the thing you should be telling... Instead of "oh crashed on such and such a date, such and such a place" when that was not the place or date (fraud) - just tell the truth.

"I was driving on Glendorra road at night and miscalculated a turn. I crashed into the rock barrier."

See? Not so hard.

This kid has probably been making up the truth as he sees it for years. It is just his reality. I am sure it is a syndrome, and not his fault. We should all feel bad for him and his disease.

For today's teens, if it ain't caught on video, it may as well have not happened in the first place. When I was a kid the challenge was keeping your yap shut. Now it's a whole new ball game.

The Glendora Ridge Road is a very demanding stretch of asphalt - and I've only driven it in the daytime!
