My favorite wheat right now is Moosbacher wheat Moosbacher.com - brewing beer is not our job, it's our passion Highly recommend |
I like Flying Dog brewery's "Doggie Style". There is nothing like sending the girl friend to buy some beer and she has to go to the counter to ask for it :)

Shaun hit it. Their Rouge is unreal.
St Bernardus is excellent, but any of the LaChouffe beers, or Trippel Karmillet will give it a run for the money. |

Also partial to Theakston's Old Peculiar and Watney's Cream Stout. Very hard to find though, haven't been able to for some time.
the new crop of imported micro Belgian White Ales will help make this a memorable summer. They are great with grilled fish and seafood. some of the best beer I ever had was in the English countryside, we were staying at an old small castle turned conference center, managing Gillette's acquisition of Parker Pen (they hated each other) and we'd go out to local restaurants after long days of grown men yelling at each other. these restaurants were really just people's homes, and the beer was fresh, warm, flat and incredible. just nothing else like it. |

I was drining Lawnmower, until they ran out. I had to suffer with amber... |
Could this be a new favorite?
IF YOU’RE moved to drown your sorrows after a week of financial gloom, a German brewer has produced a drink that might just match your feelings. The company has been allowed by the European Trademarks Office to register a new brand of beer under the label “****ing Hell”. The brewers say their “hell” – German for light ale – is named after the Austrian village of ****ing (pronounced Fooking) near Salzburg. But the 93 ****ing villagers are worried that the unsolicited dedication will boost further the village’s notoriety among English-speaking tourists. Wow, all great beers, Ill get to them in due time. Just a note. The State of Washington invoked a tax on large domestic breweries, but not on microbrewery beer! Fine by me.
