It is a big mess to make it at home.
When I get a major craving for good fried chicken I go to a little town called Okarche OK. A little place called Eischen's. They do not supply eating utensils unless you ask for them. The accept only cash. A friend of mine took some clients to lunch there and asked for a receipt. The receipt was written on a brown paper sack. It is way good chicken.
