Snipe whats a IWB holster

Have you ever tried fast draw? There is a seven time world champ living about 30 miles from me and he does the gun prep and makes the holsters for the diff. class your shooting. always wanted one to take to work (isolated) and practise and not really a problem inside Canada, but all I do now is international work so there is no way. Once modified they can't fire live ammo but they still look the part so that is probably the reason. but man can those guys slap leather, about 6-7 of them from Calgary , all horsemen too and always do the hollywood dusters

It means the holster and the gun are inside your pants. This makes the gun much easier to conceal. On many, the gun and holster stick up a bit above the belt line, and you wear your shirt outside your pants.

There are some holsters which will allow you to tuck your shirt inside your belt, or a bit, making it a little less obvious. There is always a little lump where the gun is.

OWB (Outside the Waist Band) is far more comfortable, but you have to have a long shirt/jacket to cover the gun.

An IWB (Inside Waist Band) is also commonly referred to as an inside the pants holster. It's probably the most common mode of CCW carry. Typical draw speed from a good IWB holster by someone who is reasonably well practiced can easily be under a second.

This is my P7 in an IWB holster.
