Extreme power straight up from Cape Canaveral at 7:52 pm est. American powered Atlas rocket with German V-2 history.Nice early evening shot, saw three boosters trail off. The payload was a minature space shuuttle that will glide back down to Edwards or Vandenburg.

Drove out to the Merritt Island Causeway to watch the launch, of course right after a steak and shake visit. Right on time this one. The launches always amaze me.
