Songs That Make You Do Things Other Than Smile
Sorry. It would seem that I can't help myself with the *#$& YouTube song postings tonight. I just love SSgt. Sadler's Ballad of the Green Berets- and it's been on my mind since I was discussing the specops with a fellow board member today.
FYI- for anyone who might make false claims about something like this (like the gent in Huntsville who was charged under the 'Stolen Valor' statute recently) - spec ops is for the most part a 'silent service' and a close knit community. Eventually, it will be painfully obvious if you weren't in the family. For those who don't know how to embed videos (from YT, at least) just find the one you want over there and right-click on it, then select 'Copy embed' and paste it in your post. Anyhow, I'm not afraid to admit that this song always makes me misty . . .
