What was the name of that movie?
This one's driving me nuts.
I was asked a trivia question and I can't remember the name of the actor who played in a movie that came out probably in the 80's. It was about a young accountant for the mob who turned state's evidence so they put him in the witness protection program, posing as a high school senior. He ended up being the coolest kid in school and they voted his senior class president or something like that. It was kind of a stupid movie. Anyone remember what that was movie was called or who the lead actor was? |

John Cryer was the lead in that movie.... (He's Alan, the brother of Charlie in the TV show "Two and a Half Men." Also played "Duckie" in "Pretty in Pink" opposite Molly Ringwold.
Movie name coming up soon... Edit: Move title is "Hiding Out." A very succesful stock broker is called to court to testify against a mob boss who was into some inside trading. They hide him because of death threats. He gets caught in a gun battle and has to flee. He ends up hiding out as a student in a high school. He has to adjust to how things have changed as a teenager.
