since yesterday, I also have gotten green bars - same shape & size -- most of the time it is ok, but happened again this pm
I spent all am at a junkyard, scrounging VW parts so did not have the joy of computer-dom. I'll mess with the other end of the cable and pull the system apart if this continues. will try reseating the video card and pushing on the RAM chips too... thx |

If it were the monitor or cable, Webby would not be able to show the bars in a screen-shot.
Was that a screen-shot of your desktop, or was it a photo taken with your camera?

Display adapter. It may be time to upgrade to nVidia's or ATi's latest Webby. If I still had a spare gf6800 lying around I'd offer it up to ya.
