You can't fix stupid..or my idiot young clients Yu guys may recall my war story about getting a 19 y.o. off of statutory rape chgarges by reducing it to misdemeanor contrib to del of a minor. Instead of going to prison for 5 years he got a $1000 fine, 1 year suspended, unsupervised probation for a year. I drillled and drilled him about not even getting caught spitting on sidewalk. Well the goof ball was riding with a buddy and got pulled over for passenger not wearing a seatbelt. Allegedly consented to search...deputy found a blunt. Misdemeanor possession normally is a $250 fine...but they revoked his probation. Hello gray bar hotel. Dumbazzzzz. |

So does he get a year inside or supervised probation? Maybe it's a lesson he needed to learn the hard way. |

Wow, what a dumbazz. Sucks to be him. Was so simple to. |

I really shouldn't but I take this crap so seriously...I try to convince myself that I have an impact...that they actually hear me. ' guess that's my issue. Gotta remember its just my job but their problem/fault. I feel for the kid's parents...they're into me for about $8K...I feel like telling them to quit throwing good money after bad. Well, maybe not just yet;) |

they dont hear you. people are stupid. i sold my bike and im filling out the DMV paper work in the guys kitchen with his mother. he is 23 years old. when he gets to the box where he is supposed to fill in the county, "monroe county"...he asks his mother, hey mom is monroe spelled m-o-n-r-o-w? then he asks me what year it is. he bought my bike after crashing his last one. his last one was like a yugo and my bike was like a formula 1 car. i predict he will be dead within the weak |

I'll never understand why anyone ever consents to a police search. How many times do you watch Cops, where he has nothing on them until they consent to a search? However, I think in some states you may not have a choice if you're on parole or probation. |

Dumbazz! I try my best to stay away from the under 18 crowd for that reason.... There was a brief moment of weakness but nothing ever became of it... |

The best thing that happened to me(when young and stupid) was to sit in county lock up for a few hours. Nothing bad happened while in there but the loss of my free will for that time was a big life changing event. this may well work out for the best for this person. |

Sounds like he is not learning very quickly. Hopefully a stay in the "house of doors" will get his attention. |

U should set him down and tell him he is going away for awhile and that he will look good in lipstick. I think it is time U stopped being nice to the kid, and get blunt with him. that your not his Mommy and Daddy and he maynot listen to them but your his attorneyand if he can't listen to his attorney then he is just plain stupid. You got him a good deal and that he fked it up..all your hard work. Now even you can't put Humpty Dumpty back together again, and that he is now at the mercy of a judge. That is most likely going to put him away for awhile. But that he should cheer up, that he might even look good in lipstick. Then watch the fear cross his eyes..as the reality sets in. |

And I would bet if you asked him he would say "it's not my fault!” I am a 50 something dude that has never been handcuffs. The only time I have seen the local jail was to bail out a good friend. Just seeing the jail from the good side was enough to keep me from ever wanting to see the inside. |
