Tamiya vs Fujimi....long discussions can be had over this ! My take is Fujimi Enthusiast Series 911 and 930 are more detailed, but Tamiya "curbsides" may be better proportioned. Tamiya's 930, both slope nose and standard are very pretty models, quite simplified in assembly, but have a stance and overall appearance that just looks right. Their early Carrera 3.2 Speedster and 959 also have the same scale character. Fujimi has used a basic set of parts to develope everything from an early 911S, and R, RS and RSR, to later 930's. Very possible to do most any version or hot rod you can think of, therefore some compromises. But...the Tamiya, and some Monogram or Revell, can look better... it's all in the eye of the beholder and the skill of the individual model builder !
