Feta Chicken

Place chicken breasts in a pan. Drizzle a little olive oil on top of them. Season (I used garlic and seasoning salt). Chop up your vegetables to bite size pieces. You can use any vegetables you want. For the tomatoes use Roma (they have a thicker skin and less seeds). Peppers, celery, onions, zukini ... what ever you have or like. Crumble feta cheeze on top. Bake in a covered dish at 375 for a hour. At 3/4 hr drain off the excess liquid. Bake uncovered for the last 15 min. Enjoy

Made it for the guys at work and added a 50 count bag of prawns to the mix.

Uped the tasty factor by a couple points to yummy +
