Wifey is under the weather so I was the chef tonight. Chicken fried steak with pepper gravy, mashed redskins, and biscuits for me. The kids had taters and grapes. We made turkey burger tacos over the weekend. Yummy!!

North End Chicken Caesar Salad Supreme.....cut in to bite size chunks a chicken breast (1 per person), cook in a pan with a dash of olive oil, garlic, seasoning salt and curry powder. Add chopped mushrooms when the chicken is 1/2 way done. Then let cool when it's cooked. Chop up some purple onion and add it to salad makings (I buy the pre-made bag kind). Sprinkle with Asaigo cheeze or Parmsean or both. Add some crumbled bacon (Hormel). Mix in the chicken/mushrooms and add Sun Dried Tomato dressing from Kraft (the light kind) Enjoy
