When you were 9, the movie The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring was playing. When you were 8, there was The Little Vampire. When you were 7, there was a Disney movie out called The Emperor's New Groove. Does this ring a bell?

Interesting web site. It keeps stating the obvious, "the world is a different place." Well Duh!

We just bought a new 60 inch HD TV at home. My wife and I were discussing the days of our youth when TV was black & white, and there were three channels on TV. If you wanted to see the other channels you had to get up and twist the knob. I remember the first time I saw color TV was at a restaurant, and it was the show Flipper. The TV speaker was 5 inches of mono sound with static. No surround sound stereo. Heck we did not have a house with air conditioning until I was in 6th grade. I never went to a school that had air conditioning.

Yeah, it was interesting, but I got bored. Waiting for them to scroll the text was painful.
