And I felt good about polishing the plastic lenses on a couple of cars yesterday. Serious work!
(on a serious note: Um, I'm guessing airborne magnesium isn't that great for you - maybe a mask or respirator?)

Aluminum or Magnesium, either through inhalation or skin absorption is probably better to avoid.

Inhalation and ingestion of aluminum are linked to early onset of Alzheimer's. Wear a mask, I'd recommend an N95 dust mask, they're made by North, 3M and others and you can get them at HD, Loews, etc.

isnt a N95 mask simply one of those paper ones..CalOsha doenst even recognize it as a legit respirator right?
i love my North half face..with N100 dust mask..i wear it for everything..like when i need to go under my house. but i have medical clearance to wear it..it really gets your heartbeat up. toby..i think these guys are right..PPE
