Way back when I did attend a recital by the Vienna Boys Choir. Mid 70's.
The purity of the disciplined prepubescent male voice is singularly profound. In moments of concentration, I can still recall my body being infused by a sonic force. Like color and light through closed eyes; a vibratory exquisiteness stimulating my infralimbic brain. Emotion without language. |
