I had a couple of girl on my walls when I was a young teen. The only car poster that I remember came during my first year of college. I got a "package" in the mail from Porsche of NA asking me to setup a test drive of a new 911. In the package was this poster with a sticker that looked like a license plate with my name on it.

(sorry not P-car content per se, but I did have a great metal 959 model which I still have to this day)

Wasn't allowed to have any. Or at least any that I picked out.

I had a stack of posters that I had bought...Porsche 959, Shelby Cobra, Lamborghini Countach...in a pile in the back of my closet.

1969. Not on my wall, but on my ceiling. I painted the walls purple with fluorescent orange stencils of stuff. The pot symbol, the peace logo etc.

Ian

Edit: They were packaged in the White Album btw . . .

Several of The Romantics(they were a huuuuuge influence on me the good stuff not the crap that got played on the radio), Van Halen, Chicago and various ads for drums, and drum accessories. I think there was even one of The Clash.

Ironically, I didn't have any car or "girly" posters.

A vertical format poster of this MKII at Lemans (on another part of the track):

And another vertical format poster (in color) of the '66 Miles/Ruby GT roadster at Sebring:

Had a couple from the Skateboarders mag. I remember one of them was Tony Alva grinding his trucks. The other might have been Sogo (spelling?).

I had the same Linda Ronstadt poster! ( among others of her) she was my babe!

Most of my posters were either rock groups, a few blacklight ones. Skateboarding, BMX or motocross( especially Bob "Hurricane" Hannah.)

And of course plenty of babes!

Never had any Pcar posters until much later on. First one was that red 911,with a leg in a garter belt next to it.
