LOL! Well, at least I stayed with a dark green. Also, original paint on both...:D

Exactly...that's what I like about it...nobody pays it a bit of attention.

Well I see a whole ton of talk about this Mustang on this forum so clearly the lack of attention on the road causes the owner to talk more about it. Why not sell the Mustang and get some thing a little more fun? Corvette? Viper? 997?

Corvette & Viper are made by companies that became willing wards of the state...and attract too much attention. 997 wasserpumper? No thanks...plus would once again have to go to Portland for service work...Nope, I'm 100% done with P-cars. Figure I already had the best 911 made. ;)

The lack of road attention I like...it's bugging young guys like Danny that's fun...:D

Bugging? You're not bugging me. I (sorta) feel sorry for you. The Ford Mustang forum won't have you (geared towards teens) so you hang out here. Sad. :(

P.S. - I'm 50.

Yeah, I get that alot. I date women in their 20's who think I'm 35. I kinda stopped aging around 38.

Constantly calling attention to the lack of attention has a certain irony to it. You do realize that you don't have to post your Mustang in EVERY car thread, right? Trust me, by now we ALL know that you have it, as well as you used to own a mint condition 911S that was super nice and required that you take it to Portland for service so you sold it to some guy in Europe for a great price who will preserve it forever and now you're totally done with Porsches.SmileWavy

By the way, my "not a real Porsche" waterpumper 996 was a spectacular car. Perhaps like those who unfairly judge the Mustang some Porsche "enthusiasts" also unfairly judge the waterpumper Porsches?

I always liked "Pony" cars... Very rare down here so they get plenty of attention.

15 months in on this "sports coupe", "pony car", or whatever you want to call it. Zero, I mean ZERO problems. But then, nobody points & looks like they would with a Maserati or a 911...

"Was?" Did I miss a thread where you sold it?

Yup, it's gone to a coworker.

Well, you got one thing right...Evren's home is on the European side of the Bosphorus.

I just figured that if I'm to drive a waterpumper, I'd prefer a brand that was always a waterpumper...:D

Fiat only owns 20 percent of Chrysler.

"Uncle Sam" only owns about 10 percent.

Canada owns about 2.5 percent.

...and.....

drum roll...

The United Auto Workers own 68 percent!

Chrysler is "Union Motors".

Fiat can eventually increase their percentage to around 50 percent way in the future.

I stand corrected...do you have the percentages for "Government Motors"?

whatever the % is, it will change shortly, with the IPO
