Not sure why this is worthy of Wayne's bandwidth. I think it's almost certain that this is a planned, managed and staged publicity move. Choregoraphed by her handlers to keep her in the news. Remember, she does nothing to warrant media attention other than get in trouble. When she rightfully fades away, ta da....another arrest. Ignore her, please.
