For the most part, yes. He developed the arcade versions of a lot of Nintendo's games in the 80s and 90s, but he brought some games to NES and non-Microsoft home systems, too. The story I heard was that they would go to Japan and Korea and buy games in development, because back then that's where the games were. They'd license them, perfect the game experience, and bring it to the U.S. They'd buy a handful of promising ideas each year and a couple of them would pay off. He did most of the Donkey Kong sequels.

It's a small world. I wondered if you had run into him.

I want this... I also really miss hearing other people in my dorm getting owned by a holoduke. Multiplayer matches were more fun that way.

Yup. I'm glad they used the original Megadeth theme, oh man can't wait to play it.

Duke Nukem, wolfenstein, doom, doom II, final doom, heretic 1 and 2, hexen, quake.
Played em all.

Kids are saying what? Back when I was your age ................

I still have the doom, heretic and hexen games and still play em.

There are downloadable engines on the interwebs that allow playing old 16 bit programs on modern computers and the graphics and colors are actually much better than the olden days.
I'm using the doomsday engine, works great and it's free.

"Stroke" by Billy Squire was bubble gum guitar when it came out

This crazy Hollywood kid takes it up a few notches. The remix/sample is about 1.5 years old, but featured in the new Duke Nukem, so it's on-topic
