A nice sheet metal screw hastened my decision this weekend. I went with the 285/30 & 245/35 combo mentioned above (thanks Eric!)

I'm getting some rubbing on the left rear; I rolled the fenders a little with a big wooden dowel, which mitigated it somewhat, but I still get it on faster turns and bumps. I need to have the fenders professionally rolled.
