I talked to the guy I know from Nigeria today. There are 3 major languages spoken there. They are Igbo, Hausa and Yoruba. Along with about 245 dialects. Most people speak some English. The phrase "mugu ete" is Yoruba and it means "Senseless Person". He said there are a lot worse things to call someone.

All craigslist ads I put are phone only. Cuts out 99% of the BS including low ball offers. Somehow people are shy about calling you and asking if you will take 50% of your OBO price. Not so in an email.
