I'd set up an inexpensive box running BSD or Linux, set it up as a VPN server and file server. You can do neat things like bond your 2 connections together, or set up routing thru each one based on either protocol or destination.

What's your preference these days, SSL or IPSec? SSL seems to be really taking over, and it can use the anyconnect client or be clientless which is nice.

Most clientless browser-based SSL VPNs are flawed. A lot of implementations circumvent browser same origin restrictions. This problem is so widespread that US-CERT issued a Vulnerability Note regarding this problem last year.
