They taped portions of that show in my neighborhood (the part they were filming in wasn't a great area). I missed the episode last night but I'm hoping I can catch a rerun.

really enjoyed it, they've got me wanting more.
however, if they are so worried about gunshots attracting more zombies, get a silencer.... and a sword. sniper would! |

Thought it was pretty good. Yeah I'm sure you will be able to see it a couple of times this week, probably right before the 2nd episode Sunday.
Also see if you can find "The Dead Set" a BBC mini series with a zombie slant if was on IFC cable channel last week. Jay

I ended up watching it and knew it looked familiar, it's based on a comic book/graphic novel (whatever you want to call it) that a friend of mine had that I read a few years back. Changed a few things around but kept the basic storyline/characters.
The comic book was very good so hopefully the show just sticks to what the comic has already had written. I won't spoil it :X like I already did for my girlfriend haha...

We watched it last night. I enjoyed it, and set the Tivo to record it every week. Hopefully it keeps going in the same direction.

My wife and I are SERIOUS zombie movie fanatics.
I was disappointed initially to see that they had copied the beginning of 28 Days Later nearly verbatim, but I got over it. GREAT show so far.

Loved it, will continue to watch it,.
Wish my AMC channel were high-def on DirecTV though... Was pretty impressed with the zombie make-up... used to do stuff like that as a hobby years ago.

Thanks for the Hulu tip. I just checked DirecTV On Demand and it doesn't have the episode for some reason, just some special feature stuff.

Was it just me or was that last episode incredibly boring especially compared to the suspense of the first two. I don't feel they are doing a good job of developing the relation ships especially if they are going to completely stop all the action and focus on the drama which frankly is like the "Real World" with zombies ok ok I get it she's angry, he's pissed blah blah blah.

I'm curious about the one zombie that they show briefly each episode.... It's almost as if he's more aware than the rest.
The story lines are easy to figure out, but it's a good show so far.

still all in!
that last fight was amazing..the living should have gathered together, keeping the zombies together in the process. that way the guys with guns didnt have to scatter to keep up. sucks that hot chick...(spoiler,i'll stop)
