Ever been tested for std? They sometimes use an industrial sized q-tip. Not for the faint of heart.

Ah, cotton tipped applicators....opens up a whole new bag....let's see, STDs already taken, digging down into a cyst, that's always fun, throat cultures (don't make me gag ), random sampling...."down there", all kind of neat stuff in the lab, random cultures on just about every possible site....geez, the docs should have a million of these!
