iPhone Calorie Count App
This free app is impressive, says one who is fighting the Battle of the Bulge.
You enter your stats, goal weight, desired calories/day. During the day you log your food, weight, activities, etc. Enter, say, "oxtail" and it pulls from the Calorie Count website database, you specify the quantity. For each day, the app shows your calories consumed and expended, also your day's nutrition (too much/too little protein, fat, sodium, vit c, calcium, etc). It charts your weight and other geeky stuff that I'm still exploring.
Did I mention it's free? Cool.
