Looking for info on Insitu - possible job related

Looking at a position at Insitu and was wondering if anyone has any insight into the corp culture, how they treat their employess, etc.

TIA

Didn't Boeing buy them a year or so ago?

Yes, they're owned by Boeing, but operate as more of an independant company. I'm hoping someone in the Pelican community has worked for or with Insitu and can give me a better feel for the corporate culture and any pros/cons to working for them.

willtel - thanks for the link... I know they started out as a "fly by the seat of their pants" kind of company. I get the sense they are changing that, which is part of why I'm being recruited. Does anyone else have any first hand experience. I'd also be interested in feedback on working for a company doing DoD contracts, as this would be my first.

I have worked extensively with Insitu...as the PM for all Marine and Navy UAS I sent a lot of work their way.

I also have a few friends that have retired from the Navy that consult for them (I do not).

PM me and I pass my cell number to you.
