Looks like Yao Ming is done with basketball, chronic foot and ankle problems.
Poor acromegalous mug has brittle bone. Too bad, seemed like a fine young man.

He is a nice fella, always patient with the media and answered questions in a thoughtful and honest way. He never reached the potential that he had because of the injuries. He was a great passer and a free throw machine but lacked the ugly agression needed in the NBA. He never seemed to get that bringing the ball below his waist was as good as giving it away.

Damn, really wanted to see him play in person. Just bought tickets to the New Year's game. Oh well, he'll be missed in Houston. Hope he hangs around.
