Well little Timmy - you seem to be foregetting a basic fundamental. When the earth's temp increases, more water evaporates which then fall as -pig-squirt.

I'm the one outlier - it's way too warm and dry in San Antonio. The last time there was a significant amount of rain I think was late August or early September. I've had to keep the sprinkler system on to help keep some newly planted bushes alive.
