Some one here on the Pelican site did one of these with a DE instructor and student. It is so funny it will just about make you die laughing!

Hey, I just did some work for that guy. His brother in law diagnosed it over the phone for him, and if I ran into any problems I could call his brother in law for advice. Fvkin' ass hat. His brother in law was wrong, and I was also way over priced. He is scratched off the future customer list.

Sounds like the idiots that want us to come fix their sign. They can tell you exactly whats wrong even when they haven't been the 60ft up to it. Or they will call and want a free estimate...
