Jimmy Deering convicted of stealing from Pelicans!!!

Well, its time to let the cat out of the bag. Three of us here on PP have been pushing to throw this criminal out of the PP bulletin board and back in prison for several years now and its finally happened.

Two days ago our good old Porsche Mobile Werks repair shop on wheels buddy Jimmy was convicted of stealing parts, engines and cars from PELICAN members in San Berdinarino California.

Jimmy was remanded in custody immediately with no possibility of bail and on the 10th of Feb he will find out how long his stay in the "house of doors" will be.

Again, everything that he was convicted for was a crime against a Pelican member!

Mark Frasier, Mark Rogers and myself with a host of others have been working against the odds to get him arrested and convicted. If it had not been for a very hard working California DPS officer and Mark Frasier, this would not have happened. Jimmy could still be out there stealing our stuff had it not been for these two.

Anyone wanting to see the official record please look her:

County of San Bernardino Inmate Locator

Jimmy's birthday (its public record now) is 02/14/1977. Put his first and last name and B-day in and click to move to the next page. It shows two entries and both are the same.

Thank you Mark Frasier and everyone else who helped!

Joe A

A following that was not small enough. I recall too many people here giving the *victims* a pretty hard time when they were just trying to tell how they got ripped off, and were just asking for help. Glad to see justice was finally done and some people helped, rather than harassed.

So what did he actually do? Take cars in for repair and never give them back and sell off the parts or something like that? I guess beware of businesses and banks on wheels! EDIT: didn't mean mobile was bad just this one I guess:

I know that Mark Rogers (drdogface) was ripped off several years ago and tried very hard to get this dirtbag to live up to his promises. Mark is a fine person who was preyed on by this worthless con artist.

Good to hear he is caught and will serve time.

karma's a b!tch - cya!

What's so sad about this is not only the Pelicans he stole from, but another true great Porsche resource he stole from.

The very man who gave Jimmy an apprenticeship and also helped him to start his mobile business, he stole from!! What a 'ing scumbag.

Thanks for posting this Joe...nice job. As I told you in private I would like to send Jimmy a nice 'wedding present' as I'm sure he'll be "married" real soon....hopefully to some big mean MoFo who will bend him over the rail regularly.

After hammering him incessantly for a long time on Pelican I got more than one threat of violence from him. I know you did too, Joe. All the while we were prohibited from posting warnings on Pelican to our 'brothers' and 'sisters' on this forum. I know Wayne must have had his good reasons on the business angle, but I think it would be nice of him to chime in now and remove Mark Fraser from the banned list. It was Mark Fraser who led the charge on getting JD arrested and convicted. He did this to try to get his own stuff back and in no small part, to protect other Pelicans from this slime bag.

Mark Fraser's gear box was in one of our customer's cars. CHP impounded the car and our customer is the one that took it in the shorts for all costs incurred. He had no idea the gear box was a stolen one. At least Mark got his box back.
I'm glad this guy is doing time for his crimes.

Holy crap. I had JD in my garage a year or so ago. He wanted to help me with the top end rebuild on my '87. I think he said he'd take the motor out and do the work elsewhere. Dodged a freaking bullet, I did.

The wheels of Justice move slowly. Too bad there wasn't a "No Knock" search warrant involved....

Good Job Mark, Joe and the other Mark......
