And hopefully he will share his cell with Bubba (see Urban Dictionary) and will find the real meaning of being Rip.

He would advertise on PP for anyone wanting work done on their 911, then go to their house and feel them out. Evidently if he felt comfortable with it, he would then tell you that he could not do everything needed there, but not to worry he would take your tranny/gearbox or in some cases the entire car and be back with it in a week or two.

You would never see the parts or car again. Sad thing was that at one time he was selling stolen parts back to people here and many of us got bit. We tried to let people know not to use him but for some reason was blocked.

Agree with Dr Dogface that its time that Mark Frasier (mark f) be re-instated. He saved more Pelicans parts and cars than anyone else on the forum. We owe him a tip of our hat and an adult beverage sometime.

You were very, very lucky. Its people like you that we were trying to protect, but were not allowed to do so. Hope you bought a lotto ticket... Mark Fraiser is just now getting his 911 back together after the CHP found parts that Jimmy stole scattered around the country.

Jeff,

Am guessing not. Look at post #16 and his last name is still blocked. Sad as he is now the TWO time convicted felon and for some reason his name is being protected here. We do not understand it, but we do understand that the CHP and Police found numerous reasons (tried for 8 or 9 felony counts) to throw him away.

Rick,

We really hope not. We are not the criminal, Jimmy is and continues to be. Thats why he is being held with no bail.

Sad to see and all we wanted to do was stop others from getting ripped off. Hope that the thread is not locked as there is no reason now. His conviction is now public record and its open for any and all to see what he has done.

Joe

What about taking a 4x8 sheet of plywood and making a postcard out of it. Put a really nice message on the "card" so that all the predators could be informed of the fresh meat that they now have access to.

Thanks for looking out for me guys! I appreciate your efforts to put scum away.

apparently Mr. Deering has been convicted, so someone should Email Wayne to remove the auto starring/censoring of the last name

no need to wait for sentencing - that is just how much punishment, not whether guilty or not

you guys may want to look into filing civil suits against him

Great work Joe and all! It's nice to see a scumbag get his due.

It's gratifying to know that our justice system (occasionally) still works. I hope this guy stays in pound-me-in-the-ass prison for a good long time and doesn't get booted out as part of a "cost savings measure" or something. Then again, I suppose it'd be an opportunity for justice of a different sort... not that I advocate that kind of thing...

The important thing here is that Jimmy is now a TWO time felon. This was his second conviction. Once he gets out and it will be far too soon that he makes parole, one more strike and he is a "three strike felon" and he goes back to jail for a very long time.

We are all hoping that he does not get out and want to get back at us who put him away. The "three strike" issue may be the one that keeps him legal for a change. That said, I sure would not want him working on my 911 once he is out of prison and hope he finds something else to do.

Joe, I'm not sure, but I think to qualify for three strikes at least one of the felonies committed must be a violent felony and I dunno if such is on his record. He was accused at one time of raping his ex-wife, which he admitted to me that the did, but it was plead out. Mark F is more familiar with his rap sheet which, BTW, he said he'd share once this was all over. Mark would know more about the three strikes as well.
