Can I take a guess on the ethnicity of the driver?

Hehe, I brought the 911 to the last smog wearing slicks.

I need to work on that green font thing, but thought the smilie sufficed.

I didn't see an HC stick on the vehicle, you are assuming facts not in evidence.

He is parked in a handicapped spot....

There aren't pictures from the front, the handicap tag would be hanging from the mirror, the truck looks like it could be old enough to not have to go to smog. I think pre 74.

He might have a HC tag hanging from the mirror but that doesn't mean anything in CA. Anyone can get their doctor to sign some form that gets them one. I see fat, lazy jerk-offs getting out of cars w/ HC mirror tags on a constant basis. It's really a sore subject for me.

And I know, I know...they might be recovering from open-heart surgery or something. That's why I nevernevernever open my mouth but I swear most of them have absolutely nothing physically wrong with them.

And A930, sorry for missing the smilie....

He was probably just sitting in that spot for a minute while someone ran inside. That's why he was still in the drivers seat. That doesn't bother me at all. It's pretty rare that a legitimate HC person comes along there. When you go to Target or Walmart, you'd think that you were at a wheelchair store by the number of parking spaces set aside for HC only. It's pretty ridiculous.
