Congratulations! And a big ‘phew’. So … what is the lump? Will this cause Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia? I’m a 12-year prostate cancer survivor. After a Radical Perineal Prostatectomy, I am cancer-free for 12 years and everything still functions normally. Best, Grady
