According to the full article in Scientific American there must be absorption through the vaginal walls, so no condoms. They did have concern that this may promote unsafe sex practices. And yes, they did mention other "avenues" of absorption.

There are so many women battling depression right now.
It's damn sad to see how they end up. Their life basically falls apart.

Any research like this is very beneficial.


We shouldn't disregard something like this because of it's personal nature.
