Windows mail/Windows Live Mail questions....

I'm a Vista sufferer. Windows Mail is clunky, slow, subject to freezes and sucks even more when having a gmail account.

Is there an easy to use Outlook Express type of email client that can be used in replacement?

Please don't tell me to get a MAC, because I'll hunt you down and poop on your doorstep.

Thanks in advance.

Nope....who supports it, Mozilla?

I've tried using the Gmail/Google web email client.....ads and pop ups. Not as bad as Yahoo or MSN or god forbid Hotmail.....

Any short comings or gotchas? I'll do a search and see what comes up.

It's connected to the open office people. I tried it, but I need the integration of Office. If all you're doing is e-mail, Thunderbid is fine.

You might conside getting an old copy of MS Office. You can easily find places selling Office Pro 2003 for under $100.

Webb-ster was having problems making Office 2000 Pro work. I think he upgraded to 2003 or 2007. I know that 2003 works just fine.

Funny, you guys are complaning about Window Live Mail. I use Outlook 2003 for my work mail and Windows Live for everything else.
