1 Year Doberman in San Diego needs a Good Home

I represent a Buyer that just bought a home in Bonsall, San Diego.

The seller has a 1 year old male Black Doberman, very friendly. I know I was surprised. If I had a yard, I would take him in a heart beat. Tail and Ears cropped.

Bonsall is nice, we used to live in Fallbrook and saw Bonsall grow into a nice place! Check with Henry Schmidt (here on this board) as he works in Fallbrook.

Any idea how the dog is around cats? I think our dog (a Weim) would enjoy a canine pal; she's outnumbered by felines in our household.
