my sunday afternoon in the beautiful sonoran dez-erto. (2) snattlerakes decided it was smart to feek in my front yard. i felt it wasnt smart nor prudent and since i am gawd/buddah of my 1.5 acre piece of hell/paradise, i proceeded in my shorts and flip flops to arm myself with my trusty full auto class 3 tru temper shovel and totally feek up there day/life.
because i CAN!      the ONLY way i got away with this, was they were so intensely entwined in the act of coitus and were completely unaware of my RED-RUMMISH(murr-durr-ish) diabolical inclinations! ODDJOB-2 diamondbacks -0

there have been legal cases aka ATTEMPTED RED-RUMM(MURR-DURR) with disgruntled employees/neighbors placing snattlerakes into unsuspecting(probably deserving) peoples mailboxes here over the years. and thats just bad karma.
i dont have to worry about the "i'm a clown non attorney" neighbors. 1st the ALMIGHTY R.O. has kept them in check 2nd there are so damn many snakes around here they will find their way over there naturally and since they are dumber than a box of rocks canucks...........they will be drunk and they WILL BE BITTEN! so not only do i get to watch the wonders of procreation around here, i get to witness DARWIN-IZM at its finest. NOT ONE OF YOU WOULD HAVE BELIEVED ME ABOUT THIS IF I HAD NOT TAKEN PICS! everyone i told about this stated "were they entwined?" and the fact of the matter was the male was pointed west outstretched and the female was pointed east outstretched. both full length. and YOU thought they did it DOGGIE-STYLE! LMFAO!

Sheesh. I live around the corner from you and have never seen a snake in Cave Creek. What am I missing? I'd love to see some Rattlers.

My house in a residential neighborhood on a "wash" (strip of desert/ditch). In the eight years I've been here I have removed 4 Western Diamondback Rattlesnakes and one Sonoran Gopher Snake(plus a big one that got away!). The last rattler was a couple weeks ago. I catch them and release them in the desert. But I've never had them disrespect me is such a way as yours!
Weasel, you should post your photo here. Welcome to SNAKES OF ARIZONA ! ! . This website has photos of snakes in Arizona and where they were found. The website identifies them and groups them by species. It's how I found out what a Sonoran Gopher Snake is.
