Should be the Canucks if history should repeat itself... Because for every city in Canada that held the Olympics, their team won the Staley Cup that season:

Habs in 76-77 season (Summer Olympic in 1976)

Flames in 88-89 season (Winter Olympic in 1988)

?? Vancouver in 10-11 season (Winter Olympic in 2010)

Toronto should start lobbying for the 3010 Olympic
