I have tons of PM's to answer and must figure out a way to make it up to a young boy in the midwest. Unfotunately I was under a court order to not remove a single item of personalty property that has now been lifted.

Good to have ya back....hope the bump on the head and subsequent amnesia is a short lived issue.

Do you still have Obama tendencies or did Newt invade your dreams while in the hospital?

How many times did ya say: "This too shall pass" during the ordeal? Seems that finally, it did! Enjoy your new life, while remembering past mistakes.

Welcome back Jim. Glad it is over for you, (except the healing). That will happen over time as I'm sure you know.

Great news and great to have you back, Jim. Superbly and brilliantly played.

I'm sure it's a relief that it's over and the insanity zone and her minions are slowly fading into the past.

It's a shame we can't all gather somewhere and buy you dinner and drinks.

OK...not ready to go into all of the details, but here's the short version:

8/13...throw bday party for wife. Everything seems OK

8/15-17: X seems a bit distant...evasive...aloof...deceptive. Invites female drinking buddy to come along for our dinner out for her birthday. Drinking seems to be escalating as is gambling habits. Arguments ensue...she announces she is unhappy and she and dtr want to get their own apt.

8/18...she leaves...starts contacting apt complexes

8/19 Books cruise for spring break for herself/dtrs/dtrs boyfriends

8/20ish...comes and gets some clothes. Wants to be friends ...loves me but not in love yadadadadada

8/30 Rents apt with 19 yo dtr. Dtr's boyfriend to move in with them in 2 br apt...along with 3 dogs and a ferret

September 2010 Goes on extended trip to beach with gitlfriends...several parties at her new apt. Circling wagons with ther drinking/drugging buddies/employees....out with teenage dtrs friends at bars quite often. Brings me proposed divorce pappers/prop settlement want me to sell house and give her half wequity. Nope not gonna happen...lawyer appears incompetent as he can't fill out paperwork properly.d

Oct 2010...Per PI male friends/customers begin partying at her apt...often spending nite after binging. Told they sleep on couch...yeah...right! Spends extended weelend in NOLA partying with girfriends and some male coworkers of gf's
Discover she books a ski trip to Denver for 2/2011...on one of my buddies' credit card but my frequent flier acct/car rental acct. This guy was so close a friend I was Asked to be pAllbearer in his mothers funeral last summer. we coorrect divorce pleadings and propose I keep house and she gets nothing but a divorce. She goes nuts

November 2010...still trying to get her to sign papers just to get 60 day time period running...no responses. Partying and weekend trips continue....calms down a bit during holidays but still no direct contact whatsover. Hear she's haveing gynecological problems. When doing w/PI surveillance run into the guy who wanted me to be pallbearer leaving her apt at 645 am...calmly tell him he's a dunmfock...he looks like deer in headlights professing he's only sleeping on sofa cause he got too drunk

December 2010 Finally get her to sign initial pleadings in early dec. Plan is to work out prop settlement during 60 day waiting period She has emergeny hysterectomy in Mid 12/2010. Send modest Xmas gifts to her and kids....only stepson thanks me.

January 2011...still negotiating property settlement woth her lawyer...she drops demand to $40K. I tell her to take a hike and if she doesn't settle I'll sue on fault grounds (adultery/cruelty/desertion/habitual drunkeness) if she doesn;t take $8K. She responds by filing fault grounds against me (emotional cruelty) and demands 125K alimony repayment of her apt rent yadadada. Supreme Court appoints a special retired judge to hear my case since I have so many cases pending before sitting judges...he's 75 and very conservative bibble thumper.

FFebruary 2011...PI catches her on video going off to Denver and returning...seems to be pretty affectionate for someone sleeping on sofa. I threaten alienation of affection lawsuit, We have status congference with Judge at which point her lawyer admits she's being unreasonable...judge agrees but says if she wants a trial he'll give her a trial. Sets pretrial conference for 4/26

March...lay low and go underground. Ski trip buddy stops hanging out supposedly because he realizes he's being used and not getting booty.

April 2011...at judges request we send in financial infor revealing I had paid entire downpayment on hous and all living expenses ....about $223K in 24 months. Her atty doesn't submit her finaancial until morning of pretrial conference, He shows she contributed $11K in same 24 months. Judge says its just about numbers. She withdraws fault grounds and judge mediates. 55 minutes later I stroke her a check for $9K and we're done.

As far as hanging herself....these are a few (many more) pics that showed up on dtrs facebook as well as hers:

What do you think was the trigger, or spark, of all the problems?

$1500/oz, average American male 180 lbs = $3,240,000

I don't think he saved quite that much, Rick...

As a veteran of many Jazz Fests, she's been one of the few disappointments I've had over the years, but this was some time back. I kept hearing "must see, must see", so my EX g/f and I stayed parked in front of the grassy "big stage" after a couple of killer performances by others (and I'm not one to stay parked in one place at the Fairgrounds). After 'bout four tunes..."must see" became "must see someone else"...gawd I miss JF . Have fun...

ps: "Our" relationship soured after 7-8 years too, so I "know" it takes time, but believe me, some day you won't even give a crap enough about her to even bother posting old pics, etc. Watch out...here comes "Jimmy da bull"!!!
