3d Digitizing
I have a small part that I would like to digitize so it can be replicated by CNC.
It's basically a flat piece of steel about 3/8 thick with some taper to it, about four inches long. Does anyone have access to a digitizer, or can recommend one to call? Thanks

Yeah, Mr C, I have a 3D digitizer; among other tools for the job. Tho' many machine shops can reverse engineer the parts too.
Do you know the tolerance that the part needs to be digitized to? If it's flat, you can set in on a flatbed scanner, for a quick result. If that works, I'll make it into a CAD model for ya.

There are DIY webcam-types that are inexpensive, but won't be precise:
