They ALWAYS get a free pass even if they kill innocent folks in the line of duty :(.

Yeah, but they are 'trained professionals" with specially outfitted pursuit cars.

There are basic rxn times that cannot be improved by training. At a certain speed and distance he could easily hit a darting child, dog, deer, or car pulling out of a (formerly) hidden driveway before the nerve impulses can travel to the muscles.
Kyle Busch (as big a d*ck s he is) is one of the best in the biz. I'd love to spend an afternoon with someone with those abilities.

I lived in Mooresville before it became "Race City USA" for 6 years and just got back from there Thursday. The area is getting more congested with each passing day. There is no way you can safely drive 128 out there because there are too many farm house driveways along those back roads. Its not about his skill but the other guy. Granny Smith would never see him coming and would just plop out in front of him. They need to have a public hanging to make an example of him. Its not like he doesn't get a chance to drive fast on a track...

Ain't that the truth! I've got a LEO tenant and I asked hime once what he liked about his job..."the thrill of the chase and the adrenaline rush" was his reply. Just a year or so ago, a trooper hit a grandmother and killed a few (including grandlkids) as they were leaving church at 12 on a Sunday morning on business I-85. Just another extremely high speed "triviual pursuit" in the guise of ???
