Paypal's sometime broken invoicing system.
So frustrating some times.
A while back, I figured out that I can send an invoice to someone who doesn't have a Paypal account, and they can pay with a credit card. Cool. ![]() Only thing was, I didn't get a printable copy of the invoice back in email or anything. ![]() They made it so. Cool. ![]() Now they seem to have broken it again. The email that says I sent an invoice includes no details. The email I get that says they paid the invoice only has thier shipping address, again with no details or invoice copy ![]() Suckage. ![]() There's gotta be a better way. ![]() I know... Hire a secretary... ![]()

I always ask a client to list details in the comment section. They don't always do so and it's frustrating. Espeically if they use a different email address and you can't match it up.
In the last couple of months, I've had a rash of incorrect mailing addresses. Seems the client moves and doesn't update their PayPal accounts.....

I used to get a LOT of people who didn't list what the payment was for. Made it really tough when they emailed from one address, and paid with another stating "Thanks, let me know when they ship!" talk about "connect the dots..." One order took me almost a month to connect because the guy never used his name in emails! ![]()
