One mistake in the opening title sequence. NYC has not been "ruled by car culture since the 1950s". It is definitely a pedestrian city. The overwhelming majority do not own cars and many do not have licenses (they are issued non-drivers licenses).
On the other hand, no one was injured in the video and out of 12,370 intersections in a city that runs 24/7, 4 people are killed or injured on a daily basis? That seems low considering how many intersections a person enters in a day. And if you think that's bad, don't go to Beijing. That intersection in Beijing would probably not have a traffic light at all and everyone would be piling into the intersection at the same time, albeit slowly. Vin
