The most awesome thing just happened (where a cop when you need one?)

I hope this didn't happen to one of ours.

So I'm coming home from our monthly breakfast meet, headed North on our 405, about to go South on I-5. As we get closer to the interchange, I see a newer dark grey 911 coming up behind me. I roll down my window to give a wave as he gets closer.
When he gets about 10 car lenghts behind, he nails it and blows by me going godknows MPH.
Jerk.

I looks like a Turbo. Dealer plates maybe, as there some sort of strap looped under the lid.

He tailgates a few guys for a couple miles. Driving fairly agressively. As we get closer to the interchange, and I'm creeping up on him. I'm a few car lenghts behind him when he nails it again and blasts off.
He heads to the Northbound offramp, I think tailgating another guy. As soon as he hits the offramp, I see a cop pull out, but can't tell how fast the 911 is going around the corner.

Busted.

Turn in the keys. You don't deserve that car.

The last time I drove my 911S, I had the exact opposite happen. New Twin Turbo, the driver slowed next to me, eyeballed the old beater, gave me a thumbs up. I then followed him, cruising at 80 or so, down I-5 to my exit. When I tured on my blinker to exit, I got a wave through his back window.

Kind of a cool sendoff, I thought...

This is the first time I've been "greeted" with such a level of asshatedness.
I imagined him blowing by, saying "Hwahwa, look at zees car, zee is faster zan you!" in a thick German or Russian accent.
Oh, when I said "blew by" I was talking probably 90-100-ish or more. He made good and sure to illustrate how quickly he could accelerate.

Well, he'll have time to think about it. He's probably sitting in jail with a DUI charge, also. He'd have to be under the influence to do that at that location. All the locals know that's the beginning of a notorious speed-trap area for the next 10 miles, and anyone going over 65 is taking a big chance. He's not having much fun right now... unless he's Canadian, in which case he's probably sitting at home watching the telly.
