Your computer is infected. It's a fun one to remove. I just delt with it earlier this week. Not at home or I'd include the removal links. It's not easy.

Can you get into Windows Explorer (My Computer) and look to see if you you have the missing file there?

Also, what version of Windows are you using?

So is the "Rundll32.exe" the virus or good file?

I see it every so often on my computer.

Rundll32.exe is a "good" file.

If you’ve been around Windows for any amount of time, you’ve seen the zillions of *.dll (Dynamic Link Library) files in every application folder, which are used to store common pieces of application logic that can be accessed from multiple applications.

Since there’s no way to directly launch a DLL file, the rundll32.exe application is simply used to launch functionality stored in shared .dll files. This executable is a valid part of Windows, and normally shouldn’t be a threat.

Update your antivirus program after you get it back working.

Boot into Safe Mode and try to do a system restore to an earlier good boot prior to infection.

Use Microsoft's Microsoft Security Essentials. It's free and effective. You download it from Microsoft's website.
