Name the Car, Given a Part

very simple - one person posts a photo of part of a car or a part from a car
-- you guess the car, and if possible the model and year

RWebb 07-04-2011 03:43 PM

Nope. It's a mystery part, though. Found it in the bottom of my engine tin and have no idea where it came from...

Wrong-oh...hint to come later if nobody has guessed right by the time I finish a stogie while watching the sunset from my patio...:)

masraum 07-04-2011 07:27 PM

I'm going to say late 60s Shelby mustang driving lights that were mounted in the grill.

masraum 07-04-2011 07:37 PM

Should be pretty easy.

Hint on the lites I showed...I once bought a set despite the backs being rusted out. Paid $20, considered it a bargain.

Close enough, it's a '65' but without seeing the tail lights or headlights, the rear quarters look pretty much the same.
